Asset Library

Your central hub for every image, video, and 3D file in your workspace.

What the library does

The asset library is where all your files live. Every image you upload, every result from an AI tool, every version you save lands here. Think of it as your team's visual content hub with powerful organization built in.

You can browse assets in a grid or switch to list view for a spreadsheet-like layout. Grid view is great for visual scanning. List view shines when you need to compare metadata across many files at once.

Search and filters

The search bar at the top finds assets by filename, tag, or metadata value. Start typing and results update instantly. You can also filter by file type, date range, dimensions, tags, or approval status using the filter panel.

Filters stack. Select "PNG" under file type, add a tag filter for "product", and set a date range for the last 7 days. You will see only PNG product images uploaded this week.

Grid and list views

Toggle between grid and list using the view switcher in the top-right corner. Grid view shows thumbnail previews with filename below. List view shows one asset per row with columns for name, type, size, dimensions, and date.

In grid view, you can adjust thumbnail size with the zoom slider. Small thumbnails let you scan more assets at once. Large thumbnails help you evaluate image quality without opening each file.

Selecting and bulk actions

Click an asset to select it. Hold Shift and click another to select a range. Use Cmd/Ctrl+click to add individual assets to your selection. Once selected, a toolbar appears with bulk actions: move, tag, delete, download, or send to an AI tool.

Keyboard shortcuts

Speed through your library with the keyboard. Arrow keys move between assets. Enter opens the selected asset. Delete sends it to trash. Press / to jump to search. Press ? to see the full shortcut reference.

Use Cmd/Ctrl+A to select all visible assets. Press Escape to clear your selection.

Sorting

Sort assets by name, date uploaded, date modified, file size, or dimensions. Click the sort dropdown to pick your criteria. Click again to toggle ascending and descending order. Your sort preference sticks across sessions.

What's next
