Uploading Assets
Get your files into the library fast. Multiple upload methods, wide format support.
Drag and drop
The fastest way to upload. Drag files or entire folders from your desktop and drop them anywhere in the library. A drop zone highlights to confirm you are in the right spot. Folder structure is preserved when you drop a folder.
Clipboard paste
Copy an image in any app, then press Cmd/Ctrl+V in the library. The image uploads immediately. This is especially handy for screenshots or images copied from a browser. Pasted images are saved as PNG files with an auto-generated filename.
URL import
Have a link to an image? Click the upload button, select "Import from URL", and paste the link. You can add multiple URLs at once, one per line. The files download to your library in the background.
Cloud storage
Connect your Dropbox or Google Drive account to import files directly. Browse your cloud folders, select what you need, and import. You can import individual files or entire folders. The import runs in the background so you can keep working.
Supported formats
The library accepts a wide range of file types:
Images
JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, SVG, PSD, PDF
Video
MP4, MOV
3D
GLB
PSD files show a flattened preview in the library. PDF files show the first page as a thumbnail. SVGs render at their native aspect ratio.
Size limits
Individual files can be up to 100 MB. There is no limit on how many files you upload in a single session. If you are uploading hundreds of files, the upload queue processes them in parallel for speed.
Total storage depends on your plan. Check your current usage in Settings. You will get a warning when you are approaching your limit.
Upload progress
A progress panel appears in the bottom-right corner during uploads. You can see each file's progress, pause the queue, or cancel individual uploads. Files appear in the library as soon as they finish uploading. You do not need to wait for the entire batch to complete.
Duplicate handling
If you upload a file with the same name as an existing file in the same folder, you will be asked whether to replace the existing file or keep both. Replacing creates a new version automatically, so you can always go back to the previous file.
