Sharing
Share assets with anyone. Control exactly what they can see and download.
Share links
You can create a share link for any folder or collection. The link opens a clean gallery view that works for anyone, no account required. Recipients see thumbnails and can preview assets at full size.
To create a share link, right-click a folder or collection and select "Share". Copy the generated link and send it however you like. You can also share individual assets by opening them and clicking "Share".
Password protection
Add a password to any share link for an extra layer of security. Recipients must enter the password before they can view the contents. Set the password in the share dialog when creating or editing the link.
You can change the password at any time without generating a new link. Anyone who already has access will need to re-enter the updated password.
Expiration dates
Set an expiration date to automatically disable a share link after a certain time. This is useful for time-limited reviews, campaign approvals, or temporary access for external partners. After the expiration, the link shows a message that access has expired.
You can extend or remove the expiration at any time from the share settings. If no expiration is set, the link stays active until you manually revoke it.
Download permissions
By default, share links allow viewing only. Toggle on downloads if you want recipients to download original files. You control this per link, so one folder might have a view-only link for stakeholder review and a download-enabled link for the design team.
When downloads are enabled, recipients see a download button on each asset. They can also download the entire shared folder or collection as a ZIP file.
Managing active links
View all active share links for a folder or collection in its share settings. Each link shows when it was created, whether it has a password, its expiration date, and how many times it has been viewed. Revoke any link instantly by clicking "Remove".
Team permissions
Creating share links requires the "Share" permission in your workspace. Admins and editors can share by default. Viewers cannot create share links unless an admin grants them the permission. This gives you control over what leaves your workspace.
What recipients see
The shared view is a clean, branded gallery. Recipients see thumbnails in a grid, can click to preview full-size, and navigate between assets with arrow keys. They do not see your folder structure, tags, metadata, or version history. Only the assets in the shared folder or collection are visible.
