How credits work

Credits are the currency of Sirv AI Studio. Every AI-powered tool costs credits to run. Simple operations like background removal cost 1 credit. Heavier tasks like video generation cost more.

Your credit balance is always visible in the sidebar. Each tool shows its exact cost before you hit Run, so you always know what you are spending.

Some tools have variable pricing based on the model you pick or the output size. Upscaling a small image costs less than upscaling a large one. Video is priced per second.

Credit usage and failed jobs

Every AI run should leave a job record with the requested tool, model or workflow, status, and credit outcome. The job detail shows whether credits were charged, refunded, or never committed, so review that record before retrying a failed batch.

If a job fails after partial work, check the failed item list and run only the missing outputs again. For supplier or Shopify workflows, keep failed outputs in draft state until the retry has been reviewed.

When you run out

If your balance hits zero, you can still browse your library, download existing results, and use free tools like Smart Crop. AI-powered tools will be disabled until you top up or your subscription renews.
