Members
Invite your team, assign the right role to each person, and control who can do what.
Inviting members
Go to Settings > Members and click Invite. Enter one or more email addresses, pick a role, and send. Each person gets an email with a link to join your workspace.
If they already have a Sirv AI Studio account, the workspace appears in their workspace switcher immediately. New users will be prompted to create an account first.
Pending invites show up in the members list with an "Invited" badge. You can resend or revoke an invite at any time before it is accepted.
Roles
Every member has exactly one role. Roles determine what a person can see and do across the entire workspace. For folder-level exceptions, see Permissions.
Owner
Full control over everything. Manage billing, delete the workspace, transfer ownership. There is always exactly one Owner per workspace (the person who created it). Ownership can be transferred to another member from Settings.
Admin
Almost everything an Owner can do. Admins can invite and remove members, change roles (except Owner), manage integrations, and configure workspace settings. They cannot delete the workspace or change billing.
Editor
The day-to-day workhorse role. Editors can upload assets, use all AI tools, create and edit collections, and manage tags. They cannot invite members or change settings.
Viewer
Read-only access. Viewers can browse the asset library, view collections, and download files. They cannot upload, edit, or process anything. Good for stakeholders who need to review assets without accidentally changing them.
Uploader
Upload-only access. Uploaders can add new files to the library but cannot edit, delete, or process existing assets. Useful for photographers or freelancers who need to deliver raw files without touching anything else.
Supplier
External contributor with limited access. Suppliers can only see assets assigned to them and upload to their designated folders. They cannot browse the full library. Perfect for outside partners who supply images for specific products or campaigns.
Changing a role
Open Settings > Members, find the person, and pick a new role from the dropdown. The change takes effect immediately. Only Owners and Admins can change roles. Admins cannot promote someone to Owner or change the Owner's role.
Removing a member
Click the menu icon next to a member and select Remove. They lose access instantly. Any assets they uploaded stay in the workspace. You can always re-invite them later if needed.
Members can also leave a workspace on their own from their account settings.
