Account Settings

Everything you need to configure your account, workspace, and integrations in one place.

Profile settings

Your profile includes your name, email, avatar, and password. Update these under Settings > Profile. Your name and avatar appear across the platform wherever your activity is shown, like approval comments, asset upload history, and team activity feeds.

Change your email address any time. You'll need to verify the new address before it takes effect. Your old email keeps working until verification is complete.

Workspace settings

Workspace settings control how your team environment behaves. Set your workspace name, default timezone, and upload defaults (preferred file format, maximum file size). These defaults apply to everyone in the workspace unless overridden at the project level.

You can also configure the default approval workflow here. Choose whether new uploads require approval or go straight to "Approved" status. For teams with external suppliers, requiring approval is recommended.

API keys

Generate API keys under Settings > API Keys. Each key has a name (for your reference), a set of permission scopes, and an optional expiration date. Create separate keys for different integrations so you can revoke one without breaking others.

The key value is shown only once at creation time. Copy it immediately and store it securely. If you lose a key, delete it and create a new one. Revoking a key takes effect instantly and any requests using that key will fail.

Notification preferences

Control which email alerts you receive under Settings > Notifications. Options include:

  • Approval updates– Get notified when assets you submitted are approved or rejected.
  • Batch completion– Receive an email when a batch processing job finishes, including a summary of results and any failures.
  • Supplier activity– Alerts when suppliers upload new assets or complete a product assignment.
  • Credit usage– Warnings when your credit balance drops below a threshold you set.
  • Weekly digest– A summary of workspace activity delivered every Monday morning.

Toggle each notification type on or off individually. You can also mute all notifications temporarily with the "Do not disturb" toggle at the top of the notifications page.

Metadata templates

Create reusable metadata templates under Settings > Templates. A template defines a set of fields (like "Season," "Collection," "Photographer") that can be applied to assets on upload or in bulk. This saves time when you tag hundreds of images with the same project info.

Templates support default values. Set "Season" to "Summer 2026" in a template, apply it to a batch of uploads, and every file gets that value without manual entry.

Connected accounts

View and manage all your connected services under Settings > Integrations. This is where you see active connections to Shopify, Sirv CDN, Zapier, and any other third-party services. Each connection shows its status, the date it was connected, and who set it up.

Disconnect a service by clicking the three-dot menu next to it and selecting "Disconnect." This stops all data sync with that service immediately. You can reconnect later without losing data that was already synced.
