Pick a plan that fits, buy credits when you need them, and keep track of your spending.

Available plans

Sirv AI Studio offers six self-serve plans plus enterprise. Each one includes a monthly credit allowance and different collaboration, storage, and workflow limits.

  • Free– 15 credits per month. Access to all AI tools. Single user. Great for trying things out or occasional use.
  • Pro– 600 credits per month for solo operators who need batch tools, workflows, and higher limits across the board.
  • Team– Everything in Pro plus multi-user workspaces, role-based permissions, and the approval queue. Built for teams collaborating on product imagery.
  • Growth– More seats, more viewers, more storage, and more credits for active Shopify and review workflows.
  • Business and Scale– API access, larger workspace limits, higher credit allowances, and stronger support for production content operations.
  • Enterprise– Custom credit volume, dedicated support, SSO, custom integrations, and SLA guarantees. Contact sales for pricing.

All paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves roughly 17% compared to monthly.

Upgrading and downgrading

Upgrade any time from Settings > Billing > "Change Plan." Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing cycle. Your new credit allowance kicks in right away.

Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan's features until then. If your downgraded plan doesn't include certain features (like the supplier portal), those features become read-only until you upgrade again.

Credit packs

Need more credits than your plan includes? Buy credit packs from Settings > Billing > "Buy Credits." Packs come in several sizes and the per-credit price drops as you buy more. Purchased credits never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance.

Your monthly allowance resets on your billing date. Unused monthly credits don't roll over. Purchased credits are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.

Viewing invoices

Find all your invoices under Settings > Billing > "Invoices." Each invoice shows the plan charge, any credit pack purchases, applicable taxes, and total amount. Download invoices as PDF for your records or accounting.

Invoices are generated at the start of each billing cycle and whenever you purchase a credit pack. If you upgrade mid-cycle, a prorated adjustment appears on your next invoice.

Billing portal

Click "Manage Billing" to open the billing portal powered by Stripe. From there you can update your payment method, change your billing address, download tax receipts, and cancel your subscription. Changes in the Stripe portal sync back to Sirv AI Studio automatically.
