Teams

Work together on image processing with shared assets, tools, and billing.

Why workspaces?

Every Sirv AI Studio account starts with a personal workspace. That works great when you are the only one touching your images. The moment a second person needs access, you want a team workspace.

Team workspaces give everyone a shared asset library, shared credits, and shared settings. No more emailing files back and forth or wondering who has the latest version.

Creating a workspace

Open the workspace switcher in the top-left corner and click Create workspace. Give it a name (your company or project name works well) and you are done. You are automatically the Owner of any workspace you create.

There is no limit to how many workspaces you can create. A common setup is one workspace per brand or one per client if you run an agency.

Switching workspaces

Click the workspace switcher to see all workspaces you belong to. If you still have a personal workspace, it appears alongside your team workspaces. Switching is instant and everything updates: your asset library, credit balance, integrations, and settings.

Each workspace is fully isolated. Assets in your personal workspace are never visible to your team, and vice versa. If you need to move assets between workspaces, download them from one and upload to the other.

Closing a workspace

Open Settings > General while you are inside the workspace you want to close. Owners can close a workspace by confirming its name. To close your personal workspace, you need to belong to another workspace first.

Closing a workspace permanently deletes its assets, members, integrations, and settings. It is final. Sirv AI Studio will not let you close your last remaining workspace.

Workspace settings

Go to Settings from the sidebar while inside a team workspace. From there you can manage:

  • General - Workspace name, logo, and default settings for new assets.
  • Members - Invite people, assign roles, and remove access.
  • Permissions - Fine-grained folder-level permissions and permission groups.
  • SSO - Single sign-on configuration for enterprise teams.
  • Billing - Subscription plan, credit usage, and payment methods.
  • Integrations - Connected services like Shopify, Zapier, and Sirv CDN.

Billing and credits

Each workspace has its own subscription and credit balance. When a team member processes an image, credits are deducted from the workspace balance, not from their personal account. Only Owners and Admins can manage billing.

This keeps things simple. Your team does not need to worry about credits. They just use the tools and the workspace pays.
