Workflow Studio

Chain multiple AI tools into automated pipelines. Build once, run on any image or batch.

What are workflows?

A workflow is a sequence of AI processing steps that run one after another. Feed in a raw product photo and get back a finished, marketplace-ready image without touching each tool manually.

For example: remove background, then smart crop to Amazon dimensions, then upscale to 2x, then push to Shopify. Four steps that would take minutes per image now happen automatically in seconds.

The visual canvas

You build workflows on a drag-and-drop canvas. Each step is a node on the canvas, and you connect them by dragging lines between nodes. The output of one step feeds into the input of the next.

The canvas gives you a clear picture of your entire pipeline at a glance. You can rearrange steps, add new ones in the middle, or remove steps without breaking the flow.

Step types

Workflows support every AI tool plus several workflow-specific step types:

AI processing tools

Background removal, background replace, upscaling, product lifestyle, image-to-image editing, smart crop, alt text generation, color variants, ghost mannequin, shadow addition, virtual try-on, and more. Each tool has the same configuration options as the standalone version.

AI Router

Conditional branching powered by AI. Describe your conditions in plain English (like "product on white background" vs. "lifestyle shot") and the router sends each image down the right path. You can have as many branches as you need, plus a fallback for images that don't match any condition.

Image Review

Automated quality checks. Set rules for minimum dimensions, aspect ratio, file size, background whiteness, subject centering, and more. Images that fail review can be flagged or routed to a fix-up branch. Presets for Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces are built in.

Autofix

Pair this with Image Review. When an image fails quality checks, Autofix automatically applies the right corrections (upscale if too small, remove background if not white enough, smart crop if framing is off) and re-checks. Up to 3 fix iterations per image.

Review gate

Pauses the workflow and waits for a human to approve or reject the result. Useful when you want AI to do the heavy lifting but need a person to sign off before publishing.

Output steps

Save results to your asset library, upload to Sirv CDN, push to Shopify, add tags, link to products, move to folders, or export a CSV report. You can chain multiple output steps to send results to several destinations at once.

Saving and reusing workflows

Save any workflow with a name and description. Saved workflows appear in your workflow library, ready to run again on new images. You can also start from one of the built-in templates (E-commerce Product, Lifestyle Product Shot, Fashion Virtual Try-On, and others) and customize from there.

Workflows are tied to your account. Team members with the right permissions can view and run your shared workflows.
